About me...

I'm Mark Buchanan, husband to Julie and dad to our three boys, Jack, Bailey and Morgan. Born and raised in Cumbria, I have spent most of my life living in Workington and have worked across the entire county.

 

I first started working in property in 2012 dealing with lettings in social housing before moving on to residential sales and lettings. Since then, I have valued and sold hundreds of properties across West Cumbria and Carlisle, working for both excellent local independent agents and also the largest estate agency name in the UK, Purplebricks, where I amassed over 100 5* Feefo and Trustpilot reviews from happy customers. Over the past few years I've appeared on numerous episodes of Homes Under The Hammer, covering properties from Beckermet through to Carlisle.

 

Together with Julie and Jack, we offer a family run business with two main aims: to provide brilliant marketing and a fantastic service. The 100+ 5-star reviews that we’ve received so far are testament to that.  By concentrating on the things that matter, we help our customers to get the very best price for their property.  Our goal isn’t to be the biggest agent, but the best.  Focusing on quality rather than quantity, sellers are no longer just another number. We don’t operate within the usual office hours of 9-5, and our personal service means that you don’t have the hassle of dealing with multiple people in an office.  Julie and I are on hand both night and day, 7 days a week, right up until we hand the keys over. We'll work together to create a bespoke service that's as unique as your property. 

 

To truly showcase your home and to help achieve the best possible price, I provide the very best in marketing with beautiful photos that are professionally edited, full colour floor plans and ground breaking 3D virtual tours. Each property will be launched, not just listed, with social media videos to create a real buzz which will help drive demand. Properties will be listed on all major portals, including Rightmove and Zoopla.
